I founded Hardstone in 1997 as a capital markets advisor to small and lower middle-market companies. I have over 50 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment banker, and in the '80s, working on Wall Street as an institutional energy futures broker. Private credit is very large market that has been moving to serve lower middle-market companies; the kind who have been my clients for nearly 30 years.
